The  Wyld  Olde  Souls. are happy to announce the addition of guitarist/bassist Dennis Ambrose (The George Usher Group, The Grip Weeds, Crossfire Choir) to the lineup. For more about Dennis, please see his bio in the Players section.

The  Wyld  Olde  Souls. have more than halfway completed recording and mixing their first full-length CD, to be titled Ensoulment. Ensoulment will pick up where Poems from the Astral Plane left off and further develops the band´'s signature sound of folk, psychedelic, medieval, and world music elements. Ensoulment will consist of original songs written by the band with the exception of two covers, Tim Buckley´s “Phantasmagoria” and Moby Grape´s “Bitter Wind” (two covers that became favorites of the band's live audiences).

A note from the band:
Thanks to everyone who continues to check in and contact us. While we haven't played out live for some time, we continue to be musically active, writing and recording and juggling the demands of this thing we call daily life. Some of us are playing in other bands, some of us are parenting, and some of us are engaged in academic pursuits. We hope that 2006 will mark the year of our next release and hope to play a few live shows as well. Stay tuned in (and turned on).
